How Invoibase Works

From invoice to on-chain settlement

A step-by-step guide for freelancers and clients — create an invoice, share a pay link, settle in crypto, and receive instant verification with email receipts.

1

Step 1

1. Generate Your On-Chain Invoice

Freelancers set up invoice details, select accepted cryptocurrencies (USDC, USDT, ETH, SOL, MATIC), and set the payout wallet address.

Automatic 1% fee split and multi-chain support built-in.

2

Step 2

2. Send Secure Payment Link to Client

A unique, secure link is generated for the client. No login or sign-up is required for the client to view or pay the invoice.

Real-time invoice status tracking via Dashboard.

3

Step 3

3. Direct Native Crypto Transfer

Client opens the link, connects their preferred wallet (MetaMask, Rabby, Phantom, etc.), and completes the transaction on-chain in seconds.

Zero intermediate hold — funds go directly to the freelancer's wallet.

4

Step 4

4. Automated On-Chain Verification

Invoibase RPC nodes detect the transaction receipt instantly, update the invoice status to "PAID", and send an automated receipt with the TX hash to both parties via email.

Settlement confirmed after on-chain verification — no manual reconciliation.
